Solar today is growing faster than past generations would have ever guessed. Due to this rapid growth, there are “Solar Companies” everywhere offering solar solutions. Some of these organizations are strictly sales companies selling contracts, while others are roofers or handymans installing the systems. We felt that it was vital for the entire process to be handled by one company, one team, and for that team to be highly trained professionals. We identified two crucial needs. First, as Veterans, we saw the need our military brothers and sister were facing in the job market today. Second, we also saw the need for highly trained and skilled individuals to work in the solar industry as the American Energy industry has been changing and the need has never been greater.
